I am unable to send or receive emails. Pop up box appears continually requesting a password which it is not accepting. How do I check what my password is?

If you know the password then try a sign in to TalkTalk Mail webmail.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your email address and password, select Sign in.
Does that get you signed in or result in a password error message?
The Reset your password now button in the help article Changing your email password will take you to password reset and recovery. If the email address is still active on the TalkTalk Mail platform and you have set up password recovery options, that you recognise from the hints as your current recovery methods, you can send your alternate email address a link or your mobile a 6-digit code to authorise a password reset.
What happens when you try to change and upgrade the password via that method? Do you see just one option to send a reset to the email address itself or do you see password recovery options already set up?

I cannot send or receive as pop up box continually asks me for username and password. They are there of course and even if I enter again, the box reappears - and then reappears. ... If my password is wrong, how do I retrieve it? Thanks
