I can access webmail - no problem. I can access new emails on iphone and tablet - no problem. On my laptop I had to restore Windows and added all my email addresses to Outlook no problem except for the talktalk email which is sending OK but there is an error with Code 0x800CCC0E - cannot connect to server. It will not syncronise subscribed folder for the email address.
When I added the talktalk email last night it worked fine and uploaded all emails including a Microsoft test email late evening. I have received emails today until 13.28 (uk time) but I am not getting the error although new emails have come through on my phone, tablet and in webmail
Can somebody help, please.

What I suggest is to download and set up Thunderbird as an alternate email client. That will prove that the issue is isolated to Outlook.
Take a screenshot of the Outlook Settings where it gives the incoming server settings. Post here using the photos icon above the reply area.
