I’m locked out of my tiscali email as i’ve forgotten the password, or it’s not working as I’m pretty sure I know what it is.
Is there anyway I can be supported getting back into the account. I’m no longer with talk talk either.
please help as it’s my only email address

Launch an Internet browser and sign in using the assumed password and that will check the password is good. It's also giving you access to your mailbox to keep in touch.
Enter your tiscali email address and your email password, select Sign in.
If you get a sign in password error then use the Forgotten password button in the help page Changing your email password and let us know if you do see password recovery options of an alternate email address and or mobile phone number that you recognise from the hints given. Hopefully you have set those up in advance.
There is a current issue collecting tiscali mail messages via other devices. Let us know first of all if you can access your mailbox to receive and send mail messages. Everything else to sort out other devices will follow on from there but I will need to know what you're using and what mail software.
