I can send e-mails to myself.
I can send e-mail to my I Pad which is on the Icloud.com account
But I do not receive e-mails on my Tiscalli.co.uk account
Currently awaiting an important e-mail.
Do we know if TalkTalk know what the problem is, and when is it likely to be fixed?
There have been over 40 posts about "not receiving emails", "no Email" or variations on this theme over the last 5 days on this community platform.
Talktalk service have now this evening at 6.00pm acknowledge there is a problem and say are working on it on their service status section.
We're pleased to confirm that the earlier issues accessing your emails have now been resolved however you may observe a delay in receiving emails whilst the backlog of emails within the system is processed over the coming hours. Once again we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
