I cannot remember my Homecall password. Please can you assist as the helpdesk don't seem able to help and have been escalating this for weeks with no success!

I'm sorry you've not had a call yet. I've sent a chaser to get the call for you. Once that's done the rest should be sorted.

Hi ivanhurry1, I've raised the fault ticket for you. Homecall mailboxes have to be reset by the Email Admins and that means if can take up to 72 hours. Once the password is reset you'll get a call with the new password. Let us know how you get on.

Hi, yes, but I was not able to valid that forum account as I cannot access the email!
I've now set up a new email addess with TT in order to begin this process. I've followed all of your steps in the previous post, but none of that works. This is for a Homecall email address that does not seem to be recoverable by anyone other than an admin.
Any help is appreciated as have been without email for weeks now.
