The delete option is via your customer MyAccount unless the pipex email address is an alias for a master pipex email address.
A TalkTalk Consumer customer having listed the master pipex email address in the customer MyAccount / My Mailboxes can carry out a permanent deletion themselves. Follow the guide here Delete an email address and confirm that you want a permanent deletion and the mailbox contents and email address will be permanently erased.
