I’ve had a tiscali e-mail account for 15+ years but unfortunately I’ve forgotten the password and I would like to set the email account up on my new mobile. Could you help please? I’ve never had a Talk Talk account so I can’t do it that way.

Have you previously set up password recovery for the email address with an alternate email and mobile number? You could use the Reset your Password option. Try that to see if it comes up with recovery hints that you may recognise.
If not, you'll need to prove you're the owner of the email. Double check that you've added to your Community Profile, Personal Information (Click here) all of the following in the Private Notes area at the bottom of the page:
