Hi

I am not recieving my emails to my tiscali account. I have sent emails fom other account I have to my tiscali account and they timed out and bounced back. A few emails get through but this takes ages. I have logged on to my talktalk email account to do this.and not through ant other device.

Is there some way this can be checked to see if theres a fault?

Hi Manonion, are you able to login to webmail and send a mail to your mailbox from the same mailbox? Does it arrive?

This morning there was some emails that have gone straight to the bin.

I have deleted the filter for block sender,s filter and clicked on the dustbin and confirmed deletion.

and tried to send a email to the tiscali account but still no emails.

Can anyone help??
