I have recently had a hard drive fail and despite been able to clone it I have lost my lineone.net password. Please can you help me reset the password as I cannot find anywhere online to do this?

Hi Andy, I'm told they tried to get hold of you on the 5th on your mobile. I'd already specified to call your mobile. I've asked them to call your mobile again today.

Thanks for the prompt response, I have never setup password recovery, and I cannot reset using talk talk website as I am not a talk talk customer?
I have added more details about me to the profile as requested, if you can help me reset the password it would be really appreciated, have had the email account for a long long time, but cannot remember the password

Have you previously set up Password Recovery for the lineone email address? You could use the Reset your Password option. Or if you're a TalkTalk broadband customer or recent customer you can change your email password in MyAccount > My Services > Webmail - Manage Webmail, if the email is listed in one of the 5 email address slots.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to prove you're the legal owner of the email. Double check that you've added to your Community Profile, Personal Information (Click here) all of the following in the Private Notes area at the bottom of the page:
