Lineone.net email account stopped working

My email account stopped working on the 27th March. I cannot access the email account on webmail - I tried resetting the password but it seems the email account is not recognised. I am having problems getting support as I do not have a TalkTalk account.

 

Is it possible to regain access or put an email divert into the account?

 

It seems the account still exists as I can send an email to the address and there is no 'not delivered' message. 

 

Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

I did get a call thanks. Unfortunately I was unable to take it but received a voice message to give TalkTalk a call. I tried calling on the same number but get a response TalkTalk will try to contact me again. Should I wait or try another TalkTalk number ?

Hi Denise

 

The email system may detect a weak password* or compromised email account and change the password or lock the account for the security of customers.

 

Noted that you've tried Password Recovery and you're not a TalkTalk broadband customer.

 

So, just double check that you've added to your Community Profile, Personal Information (Click here) all of the following in the Private Notes area at the bottom of the page:

 

Email address affected.

Your Full Name.

Date of Birth.

Phone number linked to the Lineone email address when first registered.

Full postal address linked to the Lineone email address when first registered.

 

Include your mobile contact number and times to call - daytimes when you'll be there in person to receive the password and speak to the email team (for your security they won't leave a message with the password and there's no number to call them). Don't forget to save changes.

 

The personal information is used to verify the details recorded for the owner of the email address.
