Logging on to Mail ( I am a migrated pipex customer)

Hi...

All been fine since migration..until just now.

 

I was logged on to email, all was ok ...then everything just hung. 

 

Now when I try to log on get the following error  msg..

 

An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (DBP-0003)

 

HELP!!  What's happening??

Hi DannyT, I would imagine OX will make sure that it doesn't happen again.

And the answer is that there was a problem with OX app cloud environment. My guess is that they restarted to fix it and have investigated the cause to prevent further occurrences.

Yes, confimed, I'm signed in also now. Rebooted and suited and back online.

Hi @DannyT 

 

The sign in authentication system is down. Users have been signed out and cannot sign in to collect new messages either via webmail or via the app or email clients.

 

Just hang on until the system is rebooted to see if that fixes the issue. Don't make any changes.
