I am also getting this message
"You do not have an active TalkTalk Broadband or TalkTalk Mail Plus subscription, so you are no longer able to create or add new email accounts"
And when I click the link to show my account, it shows my Mailbox, and the account, but says Phone number: xxxxxxxx- DISCONNECTED
We are still paying for the service and we need to tie our accounts... please can someone help?
