Loss of access to

I am a long-term user of Lineone and its successor services. is no longer my primary e-mail but a number of contacts still use it to contact me and loss of access to these e-mails is a significant inconvenience. I believe I have put all the information you require to confirm my identity and the problem email address in my Community details. I am generally at home and the only period that I know that I shall be away this week is Tuesday morning. Your assistance will be much appreciated.

Hi notjohncr2, I need you to add a mobile number in order to raise the fault ticket for you. Once you've added that post back and I'll get your password reset. Are you aware that there's a mail forward setup on your mailbox?
