Have lost emails on my iPhone and iPad, it says no password entered. Have done nothing for this to happen and have had email address for at least 10 years. Pay monthly for use of TalkTalk.net. Seen similar posts to this but no definitive answers to sort the problem. Have uninstalled and reinstalled changed password been on live chat and also on with apple support. Can get emails via webmail so at a loss really.

I've alerted TalkTalk Mail Support to check the email account for a restriction to webmail only access.
You've confirmed that you are a TalkTalk MailPlus customer and therefore I deduce that the email address in question is added to the MailPlus MyAccount which is required to make sure it's not restricted and that your MailPlus subscription is also up to date and not in arrears.
