Aware that their are lots of posts regarding this issue, so I thought I would ask TalkTalk support directly when they were going to fix the security certificate issues with Outlook . The reply I got was that they do not consider the M& outlook app to be within their scope and that as long as your Webmail is working correctly then is client you use is your responsibility. I did point out that the community forum has lots of customers with the issue but the agent I dealt with appeared not to be interested. Great customer service ????

Yes. When I have had email problems in the past TT's attitude has always been that as long as Webmail is working then it's my problem for using an email client such as Outlook or similar.
