My mother has gone into care and cannot take the service with her. The house will be sold and the service will have to be terminated. Is there any way she can keep using her talktalk email permanently? She wouldn't be able to cope with a changed email address.

Hi markgodden56
Yes, when a broadband service is ceased then your mum will be able to apply for a TalkTalk Mail Plus subscription which is the way to retain the long term use of a TalkTalk Mail email address (up to 5 mailboxes included in the one subscription). £5/m or £50/y.
