Hi.

 

Until recently, a couple of months, I could access my two email accounts through the Windows 10 email client. Now only one account is shown and the second (my wife's) is only available on the TT site, does anyone have any idea why? I've tried removing and reinstalling the account on Win 10 but nothing changes.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Thanks for that.

 

Both my accounts show up on 'My Account'

 

So it may be something to do with the email on Win 10. Strange, my TT  and Gmail accounts show on the app, it's just the the one that doesn't.

There aren't different levels of mail. TalkTalk Mail is free for a TalkTalk Consumer home broadband customer. 5 mailbox addresses are included. 

 

So, just check your customer MyAccount to make sure both of your email addresses are showing there. 

 

MailPlus subscriptions are for non-TalkTalk Consumer customers wishing to retain the use of an existing TalkTalk Mail address.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Yes I'm still with TT, and have been for many years and am on fibre. I have no idea what level of mail I'm on, TBH, I just taken it for granted and had not until today visited the TT mail page. I shall go and see what mail I'm on (I didn't know there were different levels)

Are you still a TalkTalk Consumer home broadband customer?

 

Heads up that orphan email addresses, that's TalkTalk Mail addresses not added to an active TalkTalk Consumer customer MyAccount, are being limited to Internet browser webmail access and flagged for deletion if no action is taken*. TalkTalk email notifications are being sent.

 

Are you a MailPlus, mail only, subscriber customer and if so is the TalkTalk Mail email address added to your customer MyAccount?  Let us know your customer status and if you're taking a full-fibre home broadband service from TalkTalk. Manage TalkTalk Mail options are not yet included in the full-fibre MyAccount management. 

 

 Email not showing in My Account

 

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

 

Enter your email address and password, select Sign in. If you know the current email password you'll get signed in via this webmail access.

 

* The action to take to restore email access on supported devices is:

  • Add the email address to an active TalkTalk Consumer customer MyAccount
  • If not a customer, rejoin TalkTalk for home broadband or subscribe to  TalkTalk MailPlus
