After loging in to my talktalk email account with my Google Chrome web browser my mail window opens revealling a blank page with everything missing. The problem started after I had cleared all cookies and cache. I can still use webmail with Microsoft Edge or opening a Chrome Incgnito browser. Any ideas?

After the recent upgrade there is nothing in my folders box.I had over 20 folders with some important information in but none have transported across after the upgrade.anyone got the same problem or no why ?Thanks

I would suspect that not all of the browsing history or old passwords have been cleared.
Key into the chrome address bar: chrome://history/
Make sure clear browsing history - clear from all time is selected and also passwords are selected for deletion.
Then when accessing the site afresh you should be ok.
