My emails from my inbox and folders have just disappeared. I didn’t delete them.

I really need to get my emails back as I have very important emails and tickets for events saved on there. This has never happened before. The deleted emails are not in my trash. And my folders are no longer showing as well. How can I get them back.

They just disappeared and the inbox is now empty. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help?

Thank you for replying. I was quite frantic with worry, however I realised what I had done later in the day. I had accidentally moved all my inbox to a new folder, then that particular device I was on wasn’t showing any icons which hasn’t happened before, so I panicked. After doing some research I realised where the icon was to open the side bar. This then showed all my folders etc, which meant all I had to do was move the contents of the new folder back to my inbox.

Hi jo456, your mailbox has 282 unread emails are you able to see any in webmail?

Sorry to hear this, @Jo456.

If you cannot see your emails at all in webmail then they really are gone.

There is a possibility that your email has been hacked, so check your devices in case for viruses / malware. Also change your password for emails.
