I have no email- send or receive on outlook this morning . I get a message cannot find email server with the code (ox800cccod) It may be temporarly down.
I have internet so broadband is working. I note that others are having the same issue. Please advise.

The issue with the tiscali domain servers not being recognised is fixed.
Just a comment from me about the settings you've shown in your table.
For POP3 the incoming server port is 995 and the connection security is SSL/TLS.
In my guide I've shown IMAP and POP3 settings that are identical apart from the port numbers.

I have tried to update setting as below, however outlook won't progress the change. I constantly receive the following response which looks to me as though the new settings aren't compatible with the TalkTalk server network. I'm resonably tech savvy so how someone who is not , is going to get on, I have no idea!! I'm no further forward and still cannot send or receive email. Where do I go from here??

Looks like there's a DNS fail for the tiscali domain servers. The incident is being worked on and you can track it on the Service Status (Email) page.
Have you tried webmail for all bar sending to on platform TalkTalk Mail addresses?
