Hello

I used to be a talk talk customer but left in 2010

 

I can no longer acess m old tiscali email 

 

can you provide me a reset or account reset on how to do this?

Hi ParvRooprai, please add your tiscali email address to private notes in your profile and I'll take a look at this for you. 


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi @ParvRooprai 

 

Has the tiscali email account been working until recently? Have you kept the tiscali email account active by signing in to TalkTalk webmail at least once every 180 days?

 

If you're not sure if the tiscali email account is active then send the tiscali email address an email from another email address and see if there's an error message returned. Or use an email address validator like this one.

 

Update us on the situation. If it looks like the account has just been suspended then we'll alert the TalkTalk team for you.
