Non receipt incoming emails

2 independant sources have informed me that messages they attempted to sent to me have been returned as undeliverable.

Also, 2 previously daily email updates have mysteriously just stopped. I have checked wuth sender, no issues and I have deleted all filters on emails settings, as per advice  and this makes no difference.

I am not impressed as I am waiting on work recommencing info and the last thing I need is people thinking my email is deleted....

Hi Donna CK, have you logged into your webmail to check that you can send to your own mailbox? If you can't please post back and I'll get more information from you. 



Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
