I'm not receiving all my emails - the last one not to arrive was from Talktalk.

The response 'There is no rule defined' in the TalkTalk mailbox Filter rules setting is perfect as that should mean nothing is diverting your incoming mail message from the Inbox.
So, when you signed in to TalkTalk Mail to access the online mailbox and then composed and sent the same mailbox a message did the message get sent without error, get copied to the Sent objects folder and then arrive in and stay in the Inbox?

I'll assume your mailbox is on the TalkTalk Mail platform. Always check in the Spam and Trash folder for missing messages just in case they've been diverted there.
Compose and send a message to the same mailbox to check the message sends without error, is copied into the Sent objects folder and then arrives in and stays in the Inbox.
Then check that there are no Filter rules running as one could be diverting or blocking your mail. If there are no filter rules set then that's ok but for any others select Disable to stop them running.
If you find anything that you haven't set up or messages in Drafts / Sent / Trash that are not related to your mail then consider that your mailbox may be compromised and that you should change your mailbox password.
Let us know what you find.
