I‘Ve been told I’m not getting emails sent from my choir using 2 addresses ending .com.
The admin person has told me to ask you to ‘whitelist’ these addresses (not heard of this before.
There are no addresses in my blocked senders filter.
please can you explain / help

Hi Mashford, did the admin person give you a copy of the bounce message they're receiving from us? I've reindexed your account. The email admins won't add a blocked mail sender to a whitelist. If cloudmark has identified it as spam etc then it will need to improve it's reputation to get through the filters.
