For the last few days I've not been receiving emails on my Samsung.On my Samsung I'm getting the message in the email app 'To use this account, you need to verify your identity. Tap your account below to sign in'. When I tap and sign in with my email address and password it says 'Sign-in failed'. I know the details are correct because I can sign in to web mail on my laptop. Any suggestions?

Hi. Yes, I do have an active account and the email address is included in My Mailboxes. I've just changed my password and input in my mobile but still not receiving emails. ☹

Do you have an active customer MyAccount and is the email address listed in My Mailboxes here? Either the password is weak or the email address is restricted to webmail only access because it's not added to an active customer MyAccount.
