I am currently unable to access my OneTel email on any devices or through mailzone.
I can log in to mailzone and I can create and send a new message, but no messages are showing in my inbox and I get the error message: “Mail server closed the connection unexpectedly”
@Ady-TalkTalk Please can you raise a fault for me?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Aha! All emails have now come through so it looks like the issue has been fixed through the ticket raised.
