Hi Noviasolo, we've got an incident open and there's a message on the service status dashboard. You can track the progress through the dashboard.


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Same problem with my ...........@onetel.com email account. Says my password has been changed. Spent over an hour on helpline, no success.
