Hi. I have lost my emails coming in but can still email out. It's been like this since Friday. Any ideas??

Hi carlarobinson1, what error message do you get when the mail fails?
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi Carla
Just double check that you've added to your Community Profile, Personal Information (Click here) your name, current address and contact 'phone numbers and then scroll down and add all of the following in the Private Notes area at the bottom of the page:
TalkTalk's Community Team will verify the user details recorded for the email address and will check the mailbox for errors. The mailbox may be in need of a repair or could just be full.

Hi. I have had a onetel email for over 10 years. I am no longer a talk talk customer so they have told me there is nothing we can do. I can send emails but I'm not receiving them as it's telling me the 'mail server has unexpectedly closed. Will this right itself? Has yours??

Hi. I have a onetel account and I not reciving any emails as it keeps saying 'mail server closed the connection unexpectedly'. Is this part of the issue. It's been like this since the 4th Jan. I have had this email for over 10 years and never had any problems and I did to be a onetel Customer so can't log in with a onetel telephone number. Can anyone help please.
