Can anyone tell me how to divert a Onetel email account to another address? I'm using an Office 365 account with a new email address now but still need to receive emails from the old Onetel account. I can't find anything that enables mail forwarding.
Enter your onetel email address, select Continue.
Enter your onetel email password, select Sign in.
The Auto Forward setup is in the TalkTalk Mail Settings.

Thanks for the suggestion however, as an original Onetel customer when I use the TalkTalk interface to log in it redirects to the Onetel webmail interface where I don't have the options you describe. I've tried talking (!) to TT and after an eternity on hold got cut off! Any suggestions would be welcomed. I've attached some screenshots of the setup pages I've got.
I'd expected that your onetel mailbox was upgraded to the TalkTalk Mail platform. The upgrade process was completed recently. So, the fact that the TalkTalk Mail sign in does not recognise your onetel email address means, for your mailbox, the upgrade hasn't completed.

Your name, current TalkTalk landline 'phone and alternate number (mobile preferred). Add your full address with postcode (location). Then scroll down to Private notes to add the onetel email address, notes and references etc and then save changes.

Hi Stella12, Gondola's right. If you can't login at the new interface then your mailbox hasn't been migrated.
