Every month my wife and I receive emails from the same company. I have an @talktalk.net account whereas my wife has an @Tiscali.co.uk. I can open the emails but my wife cannot, Hers just shows a blank page. If she tries to forward it, however, text appears and them lower down computer type language.
Can anyone please help.

Hi Gino Rascal, if you add your wife's email address to the private notes section of your community profile I'll be able to take a look at her mailbox settings and run a repair if necessary.
