Hi billbracher, do you have an active TalkTalk broadband or TalkTalk Mail Plus account? If not your mailbox may have been limited to prevent you from using mail clients.

Have you seen Steve's question? It would be great to have you sign back in to Community to let us know your customer status and if you have added the email address to a TalkTalk Consumer customer MyAccount to ensure the mailbox is not limited to webmail only access.
