Password not accepting in email programs

I am having a problem where no email programs will accept my email account password, it is definately correct as it works to login to Webmail.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi billbracher, do you have an active TalkTalk broadband or TalkTalk Mail Plus account? If not your mailbox may have been limited to prevent you from using mail clients.

 

You can sign up for TalkTalk Mail Plus now.

Hi Bill

 

Have you seen Steve's question? It would be great to have you sign back in to Community to let us know your customer status and if you have added the email address to a TalkTalk Consumer customer MyAccount to ensure the mailbox is not limited to webmail only access.
