Can someone help me ?
i have have three one hour conversations with the help desk to try and get my password reset for my lineone account to no avail, promised call backs within 72 hours, getting the technical team in Manchester to call me to then find out on my third call that there isn’t a team in Manchester.
i have added all my details but could someone call me on obscured for customer security

Hi Doddi, thanks for adding the landline number. I've raised the fault ticket for you. You should get a call today with your new password. Please let us know how you get on.

Hi Doddi, there is no team in Manchester that's correct. There are however loads of us in Salford. I can get the password reset for you, but I need you to add a landline number so that I can get the ticket raised for you.

Have you previously set up password recovery for the email address with an alternate email and mobile number? You could use the Reset your Password option. Or if you're a TalkTalk broadband customer or recent customer you can change your email password in MyAccount > My Services > Webmail - Manage Webmail, if the email is listed in one of the 5 email address slots.
If not, you'll need to prove you're the legal owner of the email. Double check that you've added to your Community Profile, Personal Information (Click here) all of the following in the Private Notes area at the bottom of the page:
