I know there was a significant outage yesterday morning which caused me not to receive at least 4 regular daily emails which I assume are lost forever or are they still queued someplace awaiting delivery ? A further 3 emails were not received this morning, the servers have frequently been sluggish or unresponsive all day and emails delivered over an hour late.
So, has yesterdays problem been fixed? Also, is there any date yet for the long overdue migration to the new platform that is supposed to prevent all these issues?

The migration is coming very soon. I've not had any word about a pipex outage, but we all know that you guys are normally aware of it well before an incident is raised.
