Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 13.9 hour(s):
Reason: The following message to **** was undeliverable.The reason for the problem: Maximum Retry Queue Age Reached
I'm still waiting for an update on the ticket following the chase I put on it yesterday. Hopefully, this will be sorted soon.
I've heard nothing yet. I've asked for updates from the team this morning. I'll post back as soon as I hear anything.
We're still chasing this. There have been no updates and my colleague has confirmed that we're chasing constantly.
