Pipex Webmail Unable to Log on

Hi,

Ive been trying to log on to Pipex webmail http://webmail-legacy.homecall.co.uk/, for around 5 days but get the error message below

"Unknown Hostname

>The DNS for a domain points at this server, but no virtual host has been created"

Tried Edge and Chrome browser on several computers but get the same result, can receive mail from a mail client, its just webmail thats the problem.

Any ideas?

Nice one. Just replace any browser bookmarks with the TTB Pipex Sign-in and you'll be good.

That link worked, thanks. Im happy to continue logging on like this, dont know why the other links Ive been using for years suddenly stopped working, but its not an issue.

The first step is to check that you can sign in to your pipex mailbox via the pipex webmail sign-in.

If there's still a problem, please double check your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) to include your name, current address and contact 'phone numbers and then scroll down and add the email address to Private notes and then Save changes.
