Pipex not working and unable to log into new Webmail

Hi I am unable to log into new Wemail - when the primary email address is entered it directs to the old legacy webmail where my emails ceased at 7.00am yesterday. Strangely my wife was requested to enter a password on the new Webmail link (I wasn't) and has accessed the new TalkTalk mail with no problems - it is urgent I get access to my emails.

The issue raised with Pipex emails is now showing on our Service Status page and updates will be provided here under email.
