Incoming emails to my dsl.pipex.com address have been appearing on Monday morning (to Outlook on my PC) , but I know of emails sent since Friday that have not arrived, which is bad news after the breakdown of the service over the weekend that many people have experienced.
I was hoping this meant the upgrade had happened, but when logging on to webmail I still get directed to the old legacy.homecall site and not the shiny new Talktalk webmail site we'd been promised. The emails received this morning all appear in my inbox on the old webmail.site.
Hi JandC_271, the mail problem has been cleared. I'm told that there may be a delay in getting outstanding mail due to the queue that built up when mail couldn't be delivered.
