Just a quick one POP 3 servers are down on  both my Tiscali and Talktalk email accounts

I can see that one of the tiscali DNS name servers is now responding.  Is your pop3 mail now back in action?

Exactly so, an issue with the tiscali domain not being found because the tiscali DNS servers are not responding.

Hi, You are correct Talktalk mail ok when sending to my gmail address, but error message when sending to my Tiscali address using POP 3 Thunderbird is my email client. 

Let's hope its resolved soon!

You shouldn't be seeing any issue with talktalk.net mail incoming or outgoing. Check via webmail.

 

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.

 

However, there is an issue with the tiscali DNS servers not responding. The incident is being worked on and you can track it on the  Service Status (Email) page.
