Problem adding existing account

Hoping to catch the attention of a grown up at TalkTalk - the chat agents don't seem up to the job.

 

Like a few other posts on the forum I want to add an exisiting lineone.net email address to my account.  I know the username and password are correct - I can collect email using them.

However the add existing account tool refuses to accept the details....

Hi Reedy3, I can get it added for you as long as it's never been the login for another MyAccount account. I've sent you a private message to confirm security and once I've had your reply we can look at getting it sorted for you. 


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
