Problems accessing a talktalk.net mailbox

I've been trying to login into my son's talktalk email - set up as a mailbox through my account. Every time I get the message - "Sorry your email address is not recognised. Please try re-entering your email." His email address are listed as one of my mailboxes in my account. Feels like I'm going round in circles not getting anywhere.

Can you access via TalkTalk Mail webmail?

 

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your son's email address and password, select Sign in.
