I have a legacy Pipex email account with the suffix @dsl.pipex.com. It is attached to my broadband only TalkTalk account (it appears in My Account->My Services->Manage TalkTalk Mail as one of the mailboxes associated with the account).
However I cannot login to the email account. When I go to https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ and enter the email address, it redirects to TalkTalk business at https://netmail.pipex.net/index-ttb.php but when I enter the correct details, the login fails.
I have read somewhere that, with the new TalkTalk mail platform, legacy accounts need to be manually transitioned over to the new system. Can this be done or some other way be found so I can access this email account?
