I have the same problem as above.
I still use an @dsl.pipex.com account as my main account and can find no way to change the passwords or manage mailboxes? - there used to be a dashboard but this is no longer available. Could you point me in the right dorection also? - I am not even able to login to this forum as it says my account/password are not compatible.

A password change will be arranged for you by TalkTalk. It may take a few days but you'll then have an ultra-strong unique password to secure your email account.
You'll need to prove you're the registered user of the email. To do this just double check that you've added to your Community Profile, Personal Information (Click here) your name, current address and phone numbers and then scroll down and add all of the following in the Private Notes area at the bottom of the page:
The TalkTalk Community Team will verify the user details recorded for the email address and the email specialist will confirm the next actions here.

Same issue here, have spent the last 8 hours trying to get someone at Talk Talk to read this thread and understand the issue! My call has been escalated and someone will call me on Wednesday was the best I could get out of them. Did anyone actually manage to get there password reset?

I recently added a thread regarding resetting my pipex email password (logged under Gareth_W1).
I still haven't heard anything from TalkTalk regardng the reset; however I now am unable to download any new emails (looks to have stopped working on Wednesday evening?)
Is this just me due to something having been done with my password? - or is this a wider issues related to the email changes that TalkTalk are making.
Apologies for this being logged under Gareth_W2 but I had to set up a new support account as i was unable to reset the password for Gareth_W1 (it sends the email to the account i am unable to access).
I have an urgent email that i know has been sent that I need to pick up and this is becoming very frustrating.
