Hi
Is there any way I can get my emails back, my whole life has disappeared in one password change!
I had to change password due to my account being hacked and when I logged back in nothing
Devastated is an understatement, as in this paperless society, I had lots of stuff in them emails.
Grateful for any help

Hi Tamara72, sadly the password change didn't delete the mails. The person who took over your account and moved the mail did that.
As Gondola says we don't offer a backup service so unless you've backed up emails yourself they're gone for good.

Hi Tamara72
The advice we give is to make regular backups of wanted mail messages. There's no TalkTalk backup for mail messages deleted by hackers.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your email address and password, select Sign in.
This is to check the password is working for the TalkTalk Mail webmail sign in.
Check the Inbox first and then check Spam and Trash folders for mail messages that may have been diverted from the Inbox. Bear in mind the spam and trash folders normally contain only the last 30 days of deleted mail.
For a compromised mailbox I'd always suggest scanning your email devices for viruses and malware before changing any password. And when you do get access via the TalkTalk Mail sign in check there's no Auto forward or Filter rule diverting your mail messages.
