Each time I log into my tiscali email I get a message "your session has expired please sign in again" recently this has started to occur just after a few seconds after logging in, has anybody got any ideas why?

...and you've said in your other thread that the issue is with the Chrome setup as Edge is working ok.
So, until you troubleshoot the issue with Chrome you have got a workaround using the Edge browser. The new Microsoft Edge is actually based on Chromium and is compatible with all supported versions of Windows, and macOS.

Check the Browser's Privacy & Security settings to make sure it's not operating in a strict control mode to block cookies and check there are no ad-blocker or tracking blocker add-ons or extensions running.
Some Internet security software could be operating to block cookies. Or if you happen to switch to using a VPN or virtual VPN then that could end the session.
