I am not very techie, but last night suddenly my work emails stopped sending to hotmail, outlook and aol. Saying that i need to contact talk talk as my IP is listed with SPAMHAUS

You need to find out why your work emails are being detected as spam. Do they have a virus payload or virus links or are you sending to invalid email addresses or are your recipients not being immediately unsubscribed when they don't want your mail messages? 


How are you sending your mail messages? Using an email client like Outlook, for example, but via your home broadband connection, or via a works / TalkTalk business connection either via a VPN to your works network or a static IP address provided by TalkTalk Business?


Query the issue with Spamhaus.
