Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

Hi
My talktalk.net email is only receiving emails if there isn't a hyperlink in the email sent.
This can be from the same person, all filters are off (in fact there aren't any), and I am using the talk talk website to view email to avoid it being an issue with Outlook.
As far as the other person is concerned the email appears to be sent (it is in their sent folder and they receive no notification of any issue).
Any ideas? I'm stumped!

I've asked my colleagues if they'll do the same testing to make sure we can replicate it across the board.

Well my testing is a bit confusing. I've got more testing on the go. I'll be back.

Well I've run a test and I can't receive that in a mail either. I've tested the URL in MXtoolbox and it's good. I can't even send grahambrown.com to my TT test account. I'm working on testing why and will post back once I've got more for you.

Update!
It appears it is actually just one link that isn't getting through... For a wallpaper shop of all things. Any reason why this one website link can't get through??

Just tried that...I sent an email to myself (ie from my talktalk to my talktalk) and I received it fine. (I sent both with or without links and both came through fine) . It's ones sent externally to me that I don't receive. So frustrating!

Hi Petruchio, that's a good one. What happens if you send a mail from your mailbox to your mailbox?
