Hi 

 

I have a main account which I have carried for many years which has a secondary email account for my wife which you are now looking a separate subscription for.  Why is this when I have had these accounts like for perhaps 20 years?

Ultimately you must speak directly to Talktalk on 03451 720088 or through Chat in My Account.
