Are you sure you've opened an Internet browser and gone to this link here https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite to sign in to TalkTalk Mail?
Or are you doing your own thing?
I'd just like to check that your mailbox is working with webmail and that you can successfully compose and sent a mail message to the same address to check the mailbox is sending and receiving ok.

If you cannot send mail messages you'll usually see an error message that might indicate the problem.
Are you trying to send when signed in to TalkTalk Mail? If not, open an Internet browser and try the sign in and compose and send a mail message to the same mailbox. Check the Sent objects folder to see a sent mail message and check the Inbox to see that same message return to the Inbox.
