I have switched broadband provider as Talk Talk cant give fast fibre in my area and asked to be on Talk Talk Mail Plus. How do I know I am now on T T Mail Plus and how do I access my mails?

You would have received email confirmation of the TalkTalk MailPlus subscription and confirmation of the UK Bank Direct Debit details assuming you have been accepted as a subscriber for your existing TalkTalk Mail email addresses.
There would be no change to the way you access your TalkTalk emails. Both webmail and email client / app access are supported for TalkTalk Consumer MailPlus subscription customers exactly as they are for home broadband customers.

Enter your email address and password, select Sign in.
Have you signed in to your TalkTalk customer MyAccount to view the subscription details there?
