Moved home last year - had to leave talktalk broadband as they could not provide in new area

ever since then i am unable to send emails from talktalk email address

does that mean if yiu leave talktalk you are also leaving talktalk email?

Currently, so long as you use TalkTalk email at least once in 180 days it should stay working.

Webmail accessed via a web browser will work pretty much whichever network you're connected to. However, some networks will require fully authenticated email to work correctly.

So, first check webmail works.
